Sardar Gurmeet Singh Kular is the Chairman of Darshan Group of Companies. He is actively involved as a business promoter, an institution builder, a social entrepreneur and as a thought leader. His family has promoted the Kular Group, a pioneer in manufacturing of Bicycle Mudguards & Rims

- He is the guiding force behind the Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization popularly known as FICO, he has successfully served a term of five years as President, and also been re-elected as President Unopposed (2018-23)

- He is also Secretary General of Ramgarhia Foundation Punjab

- Mr Kular was the Past Youngest President of United Cycles & Parts Manufacturers Association, Asia’s Largest body in single trade. He was the Chairman of ITI (Ranike) Amritsar & ITI (Phillur) Jallandhar

- He is on the board of directors on Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training Government of Punjab
