Today Officials of FICO –MSME-NSIC are performed yoga exercises on the occasion of 4th International Yoga Day.

The marathon program started at 7am clock The participants did yoga at MSME Development Institute , Partap Chowk, Ludhiana.

under the  guidance of experts Mr. Jagdeep Sharma & Madam Kusum Arora To make this “Yogathon” a success, the officials, employees of FICO –MSME-NSIC participated.

“We are organized yogathon to commemorate the International Yoga Day on 21st June. People from all walks of life including officials of FICO-MSME-NSIC, Common citizens too attended and practiced yoga which is a proven technique to bust stress.” Said Manjinder Singh Sachdeva General Secretary FICO

Amongst Present were Sh Kundan Lal, Sh.R.K. Parmar, Sh.Rajesh Kumar,Sh.Deepak Chichi, Sh.Shood Alam all the Assistant Directors of MSME Development Institute,S.Gurmeet Singh Kular S.Manjinder Singh Sachdeva, Sh. Rajeev Jain, S. Gurmukh Singh Harpal, S. Narinder  Singh Panesar, Sh. Gagnesh Khurana.
